New ‘Hate Crime Reporting Act of 2014’ Could see the end of Websites like Ours (April 2014)

“U.S. Sen. Ed Markey wants to empower an obscure federal agency to begin scouring the Internet, TV and radio for speech it finds threatening … The ‘Hate Crime Reporting Act of 2014’ presents a frankly chilling proposition … Using its own judgment to determine what qualifies as impermissible speech, the new government hall monitors would then recommend steps for Congress to take that are appropriate and necessary to address such use of telecommunications.”

Telling the Bible truth these days is regarded as a ‘hate crime’. For instance, sharing the truth that the pope is the man of sin and that the Papal Church of Rome is the antichrist is frowned upon, even by the majority of professed Christians today. But we cannot stop sharing the truth, because although these messages seem to be negative in nature, they are warning messages of LOVE. The Word of God is FULL of warning messages, but it is out of love from the Lord that these are given, so that the people are not deceived by Satan.

So what is the future of websites like mine and many others? We don’t know, as we place it in the Lord’s hands. He is able to keep the truth shining in this world. But if you value the truths given on our websites, then we suggest that you save them to your computer, so that you are able to print them out and share them. The powers of this world could take our websites down, but they can never stop us sharing the truth person to person!
